Terms & Conditions for Membership of Kate Spencer’s Life and Soul Academy ONLY
- Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and use of the Life and Soul Academy Membership only and Not for any other products. Content is delivered through Simplero, and the community space is hosted on Facebook. By joining, you agree to follow these Terms.
- Membership Options
Monthly Subscription: £20 per month, billed automatically until you cancel.
Occasionally, an Annual option may be offered, price to be confirmed.
Lifetime Access: £399 one-time payment. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Life and Soul Academy Membership itself, not your personal lifetime. If the Membership is closed or retired, all core content will be delivered to you via Dropbox. Community access cannot be guaranteed after closure.
- Access to Content
Content is delivered via Simplero. Community interaction takes place in a private Facebook group.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Simplero and Facebook accounts.
If you lose access to Facebook due to issues outside our control, community access cannot be guaranteed, but you will retain access to the Simplero content.
- Payments and Billing
Monthly or Annual payments are taken automatically using the payment method you provide.
If a payment fails, your access may be paused until payment is completed.
Lifetime payments are taken once and are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.
- Cancellations and Refunds
Monthly members may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid month. Partial-month refunds are not offered.
Annual members may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid year. Partial-year refunds are not offered.
Lifetime payments are non-refundable. If the Life and Soul Academy Membership closes, lifetime members will receive all core content via Dropbox.
5.a. How to Cancel.
The easiest way is to navigate to your account in the platform, currently Simplero. Go to subscriptions and turn off automatic renewal for this product.
Alternatively, you can email admin@kate-spencer.com but we cannot guarantee a response sooner than three business days.
- Behaviour and Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe and respectful environment:
No bullying, discrimination, or harassment.
No spamming or unsolicited self-promotion.
Respect the confidentiality of posts.
Members who break these guidelines may be removed from the community.
- Spiritual Content and Disclaimer
Some content includes spiritual, intuitive, energetic, or metaphysical themes. This content is for entertainment and personal reflection only.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
No results or outcomes are promised or guaranteed.
You agree not to use Life and Soul Academy Membership content to diagnose, treat, or advise on any medical or mental health condition.
Seek appropriate professional support if you have health or wellbeing concerns.
- Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, templates, workbooks, meditations, and written materials, is for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, or distribute any Life and Soul Academy Membership content. Kate Spencer retains and asserts copyright ownership of the intellectual property.
- Changes to the Life and Soul Academy Membership
Content and features may be added, updated, edited, or removed as needed.
Prices may change for new members, but your rate remains the same as long as your monthly subscription stays active.
- Closing the Life and Soul Academy Membership
If the Life and Soul Academy Membership is closed, monthly and annual billing will end.
Annual members will receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder of their yearly term.
Lifetime members only will receive all core digital content downloadable via Dropbox or another platform of their choice. No refunds will be available as the content is deemed to be the product purchased.
Facebook groups may be closed and access to the community cannot be guaranteed after closure.
- Liability
All content is provided “as is” for information and entertainment purposes. No guarantees of personal, spiritual, financial, emotional, business, or health outcomes are made. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
- Acceptance of Terms
By completing a payment (monthly, annual or lifetime), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
